Descriptions of engagements, rates, and timelines on this site are informational. They do not constitute an offer until confirmed in a signed engagement letter. We may update service descriptions without prior notice.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and original materials are owned by Reason Space or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content without prior written consent, except for fair quotation with attribution for internal evaluation of our services.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content through forms, scrape content for competing services, or misrepresent your affiliation when contacting us.
No professional advice via the website
Field Notes and other articles provide general discussion of application audits of risk control monitoring applications. They are not advice for your organisation’s specific controls, regulatory position, or remediation decisions.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reason Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Japan.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
