Data we collect

  • Enquiry forms: name, email, optional engagement interest, and message content.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, where our hosting records them.
  • Cookies: as described in our Cookie Notice, if you allow non-essential cookies.

We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or special-category data through the website form. Please do not include sensitive personal information about employees in free-text messages unless necessary for scoping and you have authority to share it.

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to prepare engagement proposals. We process technical logs to secure and operate the site. Where consent is required for analytics cookies, we rely on your choice in the cookie banner.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, legal claim, or accounting obligation. Server logs are retained according to our host’s standard cycles, typically no longer than ninety days unless needed for security investigation.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Japanese law or lawful authority request.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Japan. If a processor stores data outside Japan, we take steps consistent with applicable requirements, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.
